About Us

Tracy Hicks was born and raised in Ontario, Canada. Tracy then made North Florida her home over 30 years ago. She has two beautiful adult children and two grand babies that are loved dearly!

Tracy learned her way around the kitchen from her Mumsie and Great Uncle, who ran a diner in Canada. I guess you could say she “cut her teeth” in the kitchen.

After making a home in North Florida, Tracys love for the art of food continued.
She branched out into the catering business in 2002. From private in-home meals for two, to large groups of 400 or more, every morsel created has been a labor of love for Tracy that she takes the utmost pride in.

Tracy began her Graze Craze in 2018 and can turn an ordinary buffet table into a beautiful grazing station to satisfy anyone’s cravings.

Catering for All Occasions was branded in 2005 and so began Tracys desire to expand to a store front to better serve her clientele, both old and new.

CFAO 2 Go is a dream come true and Tracy is excited to share her creations with Lake City and the surrounding communities.
